For investors
Norway loses NOK 59 billion a year to poor women's occupational health. Menoa is building the solution.
Menoa is building a B2B platform that helps businesses support employees through menopause. A large, untapped market with strong regulatory tailwinds and documented need.
The problem at work
An invisible problem in the workplace
Menopause hits mid-career. Yet few businesses have any measures in place, and many women face the symptoms alone. The cost: absenteeism, turnover and lost expertise.

Why now
Four tailwinds that make the timing right
Four tailwinds that make the timing right
National Women's Health Strategy
The Norwegian government has launched a national strategy to strengthen women's health. Menopause is explicitly mentioned as a priority area.
ESG and diversity
Companies face increasing requirements for reporting on diversity, wellbeing and sustainable working life. Support during menopause is a concrete measure.
The FemTech wave
Over $1.2 billion invested in FemTech globally in 2024. Women's health is one of the fastest-growing categories in health technology.
Public attention
Media coverage of menopause in the workplace has exploded. The topic is no longer taboo, but the solutions are missing.

Jeg sover så dårlig for tiden. Er det vanlig?
Ja, søvnproblemer er et av de vanligste symptomene. De siste 5 dagene har du logget dårlig søvn. Noen ting som kan hjelpe:
- Unngå skjerm siste time før sengetid
- Hold soverommet kjølig
Snakk med legen din om plagene vedvarer.
Step 04
Report for your doctor
Collect symptoms, patterns and summaries in a report you can bring to your doctor. Makes it easier to explain what you're experiencing.

Competitive landscape
Peppy, Maven and Elektra have proven the market internationally. No one owns the Nordics.
Internationally, there are established players selling menopause support to employers. In Norway and the Nordics, the field is empty. Menoa is building for the Norwegian workplace from day one.
No Nordic player combines menopause specialization with a B2B model
Our competitive advantage
Why Menoa wins in the Norwegian market
Global players can't simply translate their product and land in Norway. The Norwegian requirements for language, labor law and data storage are built into Menoa from day one.
Norwegian language and cultural context
The entire app, content, coach dialogues and HR reports are written in Norwegian by Norwegian health professionals. Peppy and Maven run in English.
NAV and the Working Environment Act built in
The HR dashboard and reporting are shaped by Norwegian sick leave rules, accommodation obligations and the IA agreement, not the UK Equality Act.
Data in EU/EEA, GDPR Art. 9 as foundation
Health data stored in EU/EEA, encrypted with AES-256. DPA ready and Entra ID SSO included. A must for public sector and regulated businesses.
Clinical grounding in Norwegian research
Built on the KLAR study (UiB), the Women's Health Strategy and NOU 2025:5. The content reflects Norwegian health standards and guidelines.
