From contract to first insight

The first 30 days

We handle most of the setup. Here's what you can expect from signed contract to first HR report.

Day 1-3

Setup

SSO with Microsoft Entra ID, signed data processing agreement, and invitation sent to employees. We handle most of it. You might spend 30 minutes on verification.

Day 4-14

Onboarding

Employees log in with their company account and choose whether to use Menoa. We send out a short information email you can customize. Menoa is 100% voluntary, and employees can opt in or out whenever they want.

Day 15-30

First report

After two weeks of data, HR gets the first dashboard insights. After 30 days you get a full monthly report with trends, participation rate and concrete recommendations you can take to management.
